By downloading and using a operating system called Linux we can access the Windows file system to manipulate files into letting use get a command prompt at the login screen where you would normally have the "Ease Of Access" program for the disabled. Using this command prompt we can now do lots of stuff including resetting passwords for any user of the computer. There is no need to have the Windows installation CD and or Password Reset Disk.
